Welcome! I'm Nour Ghanem, a clinical psychologist in training and certified fitness coach. I help you build healthier habits, strengthen your mindset, and create sustainable change by integrating psychology, behavioral science, and structured coaching.
A core part of my work focuses on helping you improve your relationship with food, understand emotional eating patterns, and build a healthier, more compassionate relationship with your body. My approach combines mindset work, habit design, and supportive guidance—not diets, restrictions, or body pressure.
I also help you navigate stress, anxiety, and low-mood patterns, while developing stronger emotional regulation skills. Together, we work on building healthier communication, setting boundaries, and improving the quality of your relationships with others—whether that's family, friends, or partners.
